The foundry owns two production lines, water glass production line and sodium silicate production line

Water glass production line is professional in producing kinds of carbon steel, steel alloy, casting iron, stainless steel, ductile iron, gray iron etc. the sodium silicate production line mainly produce kinds of high precision stainless steel, the its yearly output is more than 2500 tons.

The output of water glass process is more than 5000 tons, the tolerance can reach casting standard CT4-9, product weight can be from 0.5Kg to 100Kg.

The foundry own advanced casting facilities and heat treatment equipment, as well as inspection facilities.

The product are widely used in the field of metallurgy, gas and oil refine, ship building, chemical and auto parts etc.
