What are the main applications of Turbine Blade Bushing?
The copper sleeve on the shaft acts as a bearing. It belongs to the large class of sliding bearings. It works under sliding friction. The relative shaft rotates, and generally needs to be assisted by a lubrication system. The sliding bearing works smoothly, reliably and without noise. Under the condition of liquid lubrication, the sliding surface is separated by lubricating oil without direct contact, and the friction loss and surface wear can be greatly reduced. The bushing refers to the bushing on the propeller shaft or stern shaft. Bearing is a component that fixes and reduces the friction coefficient of load in the process of mechanical transmission.

The difference between them is that the sleeve is integral structure, and when rotated, it is relative motion between the shaft and the sleeve; while the bearing is separated, and when rotated, it is relative motion between the inner and outer rings of the bearing itself. But in essence, the sleeve is actually a kind of sliding bearing.
